The Rt. Hon. The Lord Woolf of Barnes
,
was appointed Lord Justice General and Lord President of the
Court of Session in 2001, the most senior judicial post in
Scotland, and in 2003 was created a Life Peer in the United
Kingdom House of Lords.

The Rt. Hon. The Lord Cullen of Whitekirk KT was appointed Lord Justice General and Lord
President of the Court of Session in 2001, the most senior

The Rt. Hon. The Lord Scott of Foscote
was appointed a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary in the UK in 2000,
having been previously appointed to the High Court in 1983 and
the Court of Appeal in 1991. He served as a Privy Counsellor, as
Vice-Chancellor, Head of the Chancery Division in England and
Wales, and Head of Civil Justice. He was appointed a
non-permanent member of Hong Kong’s Court of Final Appeal.
The Rt. Hon. Sir Peter Gibson
was appointed a High Court judge in 1981 and a judge of the
Employment Appeal Tribunal in 1984. He was Chairman of the Law
Commission for England and Wales and in 1993 was appointed to
the Court of Appeal. He was previously a barrister and was
retained by the UK Government in high profile cases involving
tax, corporation law and chancery commercial disputes.
The Rt. Hon. Sir David Keene
became a High Court judge in 1994 and was appointed to the Court
of Appeal in 2000. He is a member of the England and Wales
Queen’s Counsel Selection Panel and Associate of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators. From 2003 to 2007 he was Chairman of
the Judicial Studies Board, training judges and magistrates in
England and Wales. He was UK Chairman of the Franco-British
Judicial Cooperation Committee.
The Hon. Ronald Sackville AO
has had a distinguished academic and policy making career in
Australia, having occupied academic posts in Canada, the United
States and the United Kingdom. He practiced as a senior
barrister in Australia and was appointed as a judge to the
Federal Court of Australia in 1994, retiring in 2008. He was
Chair of the Judicial Conference of Australia from 2004 to 2006
and is currently an acting judge of the Court of Appeal of the
Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Barbara Dohmann QC
is a leading barrister in the United Kingdom specializing in
banking and finance, commercial litigation, financial services
and insurance law. She appears regularly in the High Court, the
Court of Appeal, in arbitrations as well as Regulatory and
Disciplinary Tribunals and has extensive experience of large
commercial disputes in foreign jurisdictions.
Dr. Hassan Al-Sayed
is former Dean of the College of Law at Qatar University. He
practices in constitutional law, administrative disputes and
state contracts. He has been appointed to numerous committees
including the International Centre for Dialogue between
religions and the Bar Admission Committee.
Executive Staff
Administration
Chief Executive Officer Robert Musgrove is Chief Executive
Officer at the QFC Civil and Commercial Court and Regulatory
Tribunal. He was formerly Chief Executive of the Civil
Justice Council, an advisory body on civil justice reform based
in London. He was closely involved with the civil justice
system in England and Wales for more than twenty five years,
working variously in Government policy, research, and advisory
roles.

Acting Registrar
Christopher Campbell-Holt
is Acting Registrar at the QFC Civil and Commercial Court and
Regulatory Tribunal. He oversees the management of all casework
and works closely with the Judges in his quasi-judicial capacity
on procedural case matters. Previously he worked at Norton Rose
LLP, an international law firm, where he co-founded a specialist
litigation practice group across the firm's international
offices and co-founded the Centre for Ethics and Law at
University College London. He has lectured widely and produced
publications on commercial and civil law, ethics and
administrative law.
